Rook shows staff whose alt it is.
Each new account is linked to the members it shares a device or address with. An account on a banned member's device is kept out, and a moderator can let it in with a click. Weaker matches only alert staff.
Your members' IP addresses never reach Rook's database.
Rook turns each one into a keyed fingerprint as it arrives, and matches accounts on that.
Rook alerts staff when joins surge past your server's usual rate.
It learns your server's usual rate, so a busy day doesn't set it off.
Raid Autopilot deals with a raid by itself.
Accounts made together wait outside and spammers are banned. An hour later, Rook removes the held accounts and posts what it did.

It reads the channel to find who you mean, then puts the change on a card for you to check. Nothing happens until you press Apply.
